Reservations:
- Confirmation is subject to availability and requires a deposit payment or a valid credit card.
- Extra Person Policy: additional guests can be added, extra charges may occur.
- Climate resilience tax 1.50€ per room per day is not included in price and is payable on the spot
Payments:
- 30% deposit at the time of the booking is required to ensure the reservation.
- Balance payment is required on arrival as stated at the confirmation email.
- Payment ways: credit card, bank transfer.
Cancellations:
- Cancellation fees vary based on selected rate – please check your email confirmation for detailed cancellation policy.
- ‘Non-shows’ will be charged 100% of the total stay value. Should you fail to arrive on the scheduled day of your reservation, your room will be held until the following day in case you have been unforeseeably delayed and are unable to contact us. Should you not arrive the next day your reservation will be cancelled and the total accommodation charged.
- Early departures - If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged for the used overnights and 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.
- Any refund related bank fees, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Check in:
- From 15:00, however the room will be available earlier you will be accommodated at once. Please contact us in advance to arrange the arrival time
- All guests must be over 18 years old to check in without a parent or legal guardian
Check out:
- Until 11:00. Late check-out is available on request, with an extra charge (subject to availability). For more information, please contact us one day prior to your departure.
- On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Children:
- Crib/cots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
GENERAL POLICIES:
- Parking: Free of charge onsite - one slot for each room.
- Tips and gratuities to our team members are at our guest’s discretion and we do not apply any compulsory service charges.
