- All COVID-19 policies and measures are constantly reviewed and updated in line with government advice and guidelines.
- All areas are deeply cleaned, and all frequently touched points disinfected.
- All rooms are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival.
Daily Housekeeping: if you choose to have your guestroom serviced during your stay, please note that we’ve have added COVID-19 protocols to our room servicing procedures, including:
- You should leave the guestroom while it is being serviced by our room attendant.
• You should clear away all belongings from surfaces so we can clean the room effectively and without needing to touch your personal items.
• Upon leaving your room for it to be cleaned, please kindly tilt open a window to provide air flow into the room.
• Kindly inform us in case you do not want from the housekeeping service to enter your room. - Kettles, TV remote controls, hair dryers and irons are carefully cleaned as appropriate.
